Newsletter Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Verde Resorts.

2. The prize is a weekend stay for up to four guests at a participating Verde Resorts park (Rivendale featured in video or one of our other resorts), subject to availability.

3. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Verde Resorts and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

5. The competition closes at 11:59pm on 31st August 2026 . Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

6. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted using the email address provided within 14 days of the closing date.

7. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Verde Resorts reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

9. The stay is subject to availability and excludes school holidays, bank holidays and other peak periods. Additional terms relating to the booking may apply.

10. By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Verde Resorts. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails. Unsubscribing after entering will not affect the validity of your competition entry.

11.  Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Verde Resorts Privacy Policy and used for administering the competition and, where consent has been provided, for marketing purposes.

12. Verde Resorts reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

14. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
