Arrival and departure information
Check-ins are available from 16:00.
If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01760 751370 to let them know.
Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Please be aware, our kitchen may potentially be closed on a Tuesday & Wednesday.
We also offer a delivery service to your lodge for those cosy nights in. There will be information in your lodge on how to order.

Norfolk Woods offers a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym
Please note that the swimming pool will be closed for essential maintenance work from 5th January to 9th January.
We also run a fabulous Go Active timetable with something available for all ages to enjoy.

Before you check out, please take a moment to check your lodge—especially drawers, cupboards, and radiators—for any personal belongings you may have left behind. While we may be able to return items if they are found, Verde Resorts cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or left behind in your accommodation or elsewhere on the resort.
