Check-ins are available from 16:00.

If you are likely to arrive later 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01759 303090 to let them know.

Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.

 

Please note, the spa is now permanently closed. Please call our reception team if you require more information.

Additional information about your booking

  • Please note that BBQ’s are not permitted on the resort.
  • Please also note that some lodges have long gravel paths towards the entrance, which may not be suitable for wheelchair users. Please call reception for more information.

Lost/forgotten items:

Before you depart, please take a moment to check your lodge — including radiators, wardrobes and drawers — to ensure nothing has been left behind.

If an item is found, we’ll do our best to return it to you. However, please note that Verde Resorts cannot accept responsibility for belongings that are lost, misplaced, or left behind in your accommodation or anywhere on the resort.
