Our Awards

Our award-winning resorts

Since our first resort, Norfolk Woods, opened in 2019 our sites have won a range of prestigious awards.

We are proud of our award-winning resorts and these achievements are a credit to all of our hard-working teams across the UK, who strive to set the standard for UK lodge resorts.

Many of our resorts have been assigned the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence and several of our resorts have been awarded a 5 star status by Visit England, with some of those resorts also boasting Visit England Gold Awards.

In 2026 Rivendale was our first resort to win a Green Tourism Award, securing a Gold rating for achieving a score over 80% for eco-friendly practices across People, Place and Planet.  It was also one of only 100 accommodation providers in England to be awarded the VisitEngland Rose Award for Service Excellence.
