Arrival and departure information
Check-ins are available from 16:00.
If you are likely to arrive later than 6pm, please call our retreat reception team on 01993 835020 to let them know.
Your confirmation email includes a code for 20% off Blenheim Palace annual passes.
Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. Please drop your key into the box by the exit barrier. Please pay for any movies and collect any cash deposits, such as for a gym pass, during reception hours and prior to departure.
We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it and take your rubbish/recycling to the bin bays located around the retreat.

Before you depart, please take a moment to check your lodge — including radiators, wardrobes and drawers — to ensure nothing has been left behind.
If an item is found, we’ll do our best to return it to you. However, please note that Verde Resorts cannot accept responsibility for belongings that are lost, misplaced, or left behind in your accommodation or anywhere on the resort.
